We have achieved optimization results in the development and manufacturing process of molds, and the use of new mold materials has significantly improved the lifespan of molds. After multiple experiments, the company's R&D personnel have selected a new alloy material with high hardness, high wear resistance, and good thermal stability for mold manufacturing. In actual production, the service life of molds made with this new material is more than twice that of traditional mold materials. Taking automotive parts molds as an example, the mold originally needed to be replaced for every 50000 products produced, but now it can produce more than 150000 pieces, greatly reducing the frequency of mold replacement and production costs, improving production efficiency, and enhancing the company's competitiveness in the field of mold development and manufacturing.
